Dual Diagnosed

Designed for individuals suffering from chemical dependency and a concurrent psychiatric disorder. This program integrates psychiatric care, medication management, individual and group therapy to achieve stabilization and abstinence from mood altering substances.

Realization Center's dual diagnoses program provides a safe environment where clients with concurrent disorders will:

  • Learn to acquire life, social, relationship and recovery skills.
  • Develop a daily recovery and relapse prevention plan.

In addition to individual and group therapy the Realization Center Treatment Team will:

  • Monitor participation in a 12 Step support groups.
  • Provide medication management.
